The WSC account starts with $500,000.00 cash, zero allocation, and zero open paper positions. Manual dashboard basket trades, hosted CLI/API basket trades, and same-state local CLI demos write to the same account paper book.

The Strategies page shows hypothetical allocations produced from Ito basket and DNS research. Those previews do not affect cash, risk, PnL, or positions until WSC clicks Apply.

No venue order is broadcast, no wallet authority is exercised, and no live funds move from this dashboard.

CLI/API

Scripts
Rotate an API key and use it as a Bearer token. Hosted CLI login stores host + API key locally; scripts can call the same basket endpoint directly.

Operator sandbox

Internal
Ito can log in with the operator token to use an isolated paper book without mutating the WSC client account.
